Online Shopping Assistant

Main purpose of the role

Shop and fulfil orders on behalf of our customers using the SuperValu.ie service.

Ideal candidate will have/be

• Shop to specific targets whilst being selective and accurate with products
• Accuracy, attention to detail, organised and flexible
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast paced environment

Main duties

• Actively live SuperValu brand-values i.e. Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative
• Shop to specific targets whilst being selective and accurate with products
• Have good product knowledge to ensure the items that are picked are of the highest quality and substitution chosen are appropriate
• Pack the products in the correct temperature zone so they arrive at the customers' home in perfect condition
• Make decisions on behalf of customers if products ordered are unavailable
• Work on own initiative with very little supervision
• Keep up to date with team communication
• Deal with routine customer queries

Online Shopping Assistant required for Riordan's Supervalu Fermoy (P61 AX04)

Working conditions

This is a Permanent Position working approx 4-5 days per week. The successful applicant will be picking orders in store for our Online Shopping customers. Working Daily from 7.00/8.00 am to 4.00 pm. Shifts can vary at times depending on the quantity of Online Orders. Candidates will be required to work one Sunday per month (overtime Rates for Sunday).
