Online Shopping Assistant

Main purpose of the role: Shop and fulfil orders on behalf of our customers using the SuperValu.ie service.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Shop to specific targets whilst being selective and accurate with products
• Accuracy, attention to detail, organised and flexible
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Main duties

• Actively live SuperValu brand-values i.e. Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative
• Shop to specific targets whilst being selective and accurate with products
• Have good product knowledge to ensure the items that are picked are of the highest quality and substitution chosen are appropriate
• Pack the products in the correct temperature zone and in such a way they arrive at the customers' home in perfect condition
• Make decisions on behalf of customers if products ordered are unavailable
• Work on own initiative with very little supervision
• Keep up to date with team communication
• Deal with routine customer queries.

Monday shift: 07:00 to 14:00

Tuesday shift: 07:00 to 16:00

Wednesday shift: 07:00 to 16:00

Thursday shift: 07:00 to 14:00

Friday shift: 07:00 to 14:00
