Over de functie

• You build and optimise career websites within our own CMS.
• You translate employer branding into user-friendly and visually appealing designs.
• You actively communicate with clients via email, phone, or on-site.
• You provide advice on marketing strategies, content, and budget allocation.
• You contribute ideas for innovations in our software and marketing tools.

No two days are the same. One day you might design a new recruitment site, the next you coach a client on conversion-focused content. You easily switch between creation, strategy, and client interaction.

Wat vragen wij van jou

• At least a bachelor's level education in marketing, communications, HR, or design.
• 1+ year of experience in online marketing or web design. And if not, at least a rock-solid story.
• You are creative but know when something simply needs to convert rather than just look good.
• You can explain your work to a client - without PowerPoint, jargon, or tears.
• You love to win.
• You live in the Houten region and are available for 5 days a week.

• Salary between €2,650 and €3,500 per month, depending on experience.
