Online Delivery & Store Operations Manager

Sainsbury's Salisbury store is seeking an online operations manager to lead the in store online picking and delivery team, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for online and in store customers.

You will coach shoppers and drivers, manage performance and disciplinaries, schedule and pay, and collaborate with other store managers to optimise the overall shopping experience. Morning shifts from 04:00-08:00 are common.
