Online Customer Success Lead POMs & Service

VetUK is seeking an experienced Online Customer Success Manager to lead the customer service and POMs teams from the Thirsk office. The role is full-time, five days a week, with a focus on delivering prompt, accurate and compassionate support across channels.

Previous management experience in online retail or ecommerce is essential. Veterinary product knowledge is advantageous but not required; training will be provided. Salary £40-45K depending on experience.
