Location and Pay

Heyford Hill Store, Oxford, OX4 4XR - £13.23 per hour. Part time, 12 hours per week, permanent.

As an Online Assistant, you'll support a joyful shopping experience for our online customers, ensuring they receive everything they shop for at Sainsbury's.

Eligibility

• You must be above the school leaver age in your country (see GOV.UK).
• Shifts starting earlier than 6 am or later than 11 pm require you to be at least 18 years old.
• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.

What you'll be doing

• Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor for online orders, and providing substitutions where items are out of stock.
• Using a handset that plans your route around the store, indicating what you need to select and timing for each shop.
• Working behind the scenes to deal with customer queries, process orders and help load vans for Home Delivery Drivers.
• Always ready to serve customers, supporting them with any questions and proactively offering help.
• Building great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
• Working flexibly across the store as required.
