Responsibilities

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.

• Financial Control and Profitability: understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Open to all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Assessment is based solely on performance against our competencies.
• Must hold a full manual UK or EU driving licence. Accommodations are available for applicants who cannot drive due to disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on your driving record within the last five years.
