Oncology/Haematology CNM3 - Nursing Leader

Blackrock Health Hermitage Clinic is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 for Oncology/Haematology to lead nursing services across the Oncology Day Unit, inpatient ward and CNS services. You will ensure integrated nursing delivery, professional leadership, and development of nursing policy aligned with high-quality cancer care.

The CNM3 will collaborate with medical teams, drive service improvement, and enhance patient flow and outcomes within a private hospital setting.
