MedGen Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced Agency Oncology and Chemo Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join our growing team in Galway and Midlands

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality nursing care for oncology patients.
• Safely administer medications and cancer-related treatments within your scope of practice.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment and respond promptly to changes in their condition.
• Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
• Adhere to all clinical policies, infection prevention standards, and professional guidelines.

Person Specification

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Minimum of 6 months' recent Oncology Nursing experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Valid eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.
• A full, clean driver's licence is advantageous but not essential.
