Onboarding Manager

THE COMPANY:

Our client is one of the leading banking groups, with an enviable presence in the corporate banking world.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the departmental head with CDD activities as required.
• Act as backup for the departmental head.
• Communicate with clients to obtain information and documentation for CDD reviews.
• Gather and analyze KYC documentation in accordance with AML policy requirements.
• Conduct screening checks using third-party tools to identify Sanctions, PEPs, and Adverse Media related to entities and related parties.
• Liaise with the Compliance team and provide advice to help understand and interpret relevant rules and requirements.
• Input and maintain static data such as legal entity name, address, contact details, type of business, legal entity type, and linked parties to transactions.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Experience in AML / KYC roles within investment banking or wholesale industry.
• Experience in client onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant subjects or relevant financial qualifications.
• Ability to produce well-researched reports under tight deadlines.
• Advanced MS Office and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and translation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
