Job Description
Summary 
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. Based in Perth, this role plays an integral part in supporting Yurra Group's HR function. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
Primary Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the employee onboarding process.
- Prepare and distribute employment contracts, induction schedules, and onboarding materials.
- Conduct welcome sessions and assist new employees with HR policies, procedures, and company culture.
- Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate employee records.
- Continuously improve onboarding processes for efficiency and a positive employee experience.
- Organise pre-mobilisation training and ensure all requirements are met.
- Manage mobilisation needs, including uniforms and general PPE requirements.
- Book internal and external inductions as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Provide first-level HR advice on policies, procedures, awards, and agreements.
- Support managers and employees with general HR queries and processes.
- Provide general HR administrative support as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or recruitment role (desirable).
- Confidence in providing first-level HR advice and guidance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of awards, agreements, and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
