Onboarding and CDD Analyst

Client Onboarding - CDD - KYC/AML

My client, a leading financial services organisation, is seeking a Client Onboarding Analyst to assist with all CDD processes across existing and new counterparties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with BAU AML/KYC onboarding due diligence.
2. Conduct screening and escalate concerns to senior Onboarding Analyst as necessary.
3. Identify and investigate potential "red flags".
4. Ensure all day-to-day screening tasks are accurately completed and cases escalated when needed.
5. Contribute to drafting, reviewing, and modifying departmental policies and procedures.

Key Skills/Experience:

1. 2-4 years of experience in an onboarding/CDD role.
2. Knowledge of CDD/AML regulations, particularly UK Money Laundering Regulations.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Knowledge of international sanctions and PEPS.
5. Knowledge of World Check One is desirable.
