On-Train Catering & Customer Service Associate

Xc Trains Limited is seeking a Customer Service Assistant based at Edinburgh Waverley. This exciting role involves assisting with catering supply and customer service procedures, ensuring safety and effectiveness in the workplace.

The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage catering orders, and support customers during their travels. Previous customer service experience and a basic understanding of food hygiene are desired. The role includes various shifts over 7 days.
