The On-Trade Sales Manager leads the on-trade business (M/F/N). The On-Trade Sales Manager oversees the development of the On-Trade network's performance and ensures sustainable revenue growth. You will take the lead in an area with a key role in market development and management of high-impact teams. On-Trade Manager (M/F/N) Our client is a recognized player in the FMCG sector within its segment, present in Switzerland and Europe, operating in demanding B2B markets. The company is in a phase of growth and is looking for a sales manager capable of developing the On-Trade channel. Responsibilities:You define and deploy the on-trade sales strategy at the level you build and manage the department's budget in connection with financial functions, analyze the market and identify trends, growth levers, and opportunities, position the offer and contribute to its evolution with the teams, develop the potential of the portfolio, strengthen the company's presence in the On-Trade channel through institutional strategies, manage, animate, and unite sales teams around objectives, optimize performance tracking and operational efficiency, ensure structured reporting to general and European management, manage and negotiate high-stakes contracts, hold a degree in management, marketing, or a relevant field, have at least 5 years of experience in sales management or team management, master the challenges of the channel, demonstrate a strong ability to define and lead a strategy, excel in account management, communicate fluently in French (C1) and have a professional level in German (B2).
