On-Site Visitor Experience Assistant - Manchester

City Football Group is seeking a Visitor Services Assistant in Manchester to join the on-site team at Medlock Square. The role involves welcoming visitors and Fans, guiding them on directions, facilities and events, and supporting service points during matchday and events.

The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, with early, evening, weekend, and event shifts. A fully on-site role with a focus on customer service and accessible visitor experiences.
