On-Site Returns & Customer Service Agent - Birmingham

Europcar Mobility Group in Birmingham is seeking a Customer Service Returns Agent to join our vehicle returns team. You will provide world-class service at the start and end of the rental process and assist customers in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure vehicles are returned smoothly and maintained to quality standards. We value a clean driving licence, strong communication skills, teamwork, and flexibility across day/evening/weekend shifts.
