On-Site Legal Intern - Corporate & Compliance (Pune)

About the Role

Join Inorbvict Healthcare India Private Limited as a Legal Intern and build practical legal skills while supporting a fast-paced healthcare manufacturing company. This internship is ideal for law students or recent graduates looking to gain exposure in areas such as corporate, labor, and compliance law.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents including agreements and NDAs

• Conduct legal research on company and labor laws

• Assist in organizing and maintaining legal documentation and records

• Help prepare responses to legal notices and other correspondences

• Coordinate with external legal advisors, when necessary

• Ensure timely renewals and compliance filings

• Identify basic legal risks and propose solutions under supervision

Internship Details

• Mode: On-site

• Location: Pune, Maharashtra

• Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

• Stipend: 4,000 per month
