On-Site IT Support Technician for Education Tech & AV

EDClass Ltd, based in Dinnington/Sheffield, is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide 1st and 2nd line hardware, software, network, and AV support across the organisation. You will manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, deploy and image laptops, troubleshoot classroom booths, monitor connectivity, and help staff and learners access online portals.

The role requires 1-2 years' hands-on experience, GCSEs, Level 3 IT qualification (or equivalent), and a commitment to safeguarding and GDPR
