On-Site HR Coordinator Employee Relations & Reporting

GXO Logistics, Inc in Leyland is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to provide timely HR support to line managers across the site and help shape the HR strategy. The role is on-site, with a Monday-Friday schedule and a 08:00-16:00 start.

You will handle employee relations, staff welfare and payroll-related matters, supported by a CIPD qualification or studying CIPD, and you will contribute to improving processes and compliance.
