On-Site HR Advisor People & Culture Partner

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring an HR Advisor for our Northampton site (Pineham). You will partner with operational leaders, providing proactive HR support across warehouse and transport operations and help drive engagement and culture.

The role is full-time, on-site, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, with a salary up to £35,000 and a benefits bundle including pension and life assurance.
