On-Site Health & Safety Lead - Project Risk & Compliance

Cpl Group is recruiting an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our on-site project team in Cork. You will lead health, safety, environment and wellbeing on site, driving compliance and a proactive safety culture across projects.

Responsibilities include leading safety leadership, risk assessments, incident investigations, training, and reporting to leadership. The role requires NEBOSH Diploma and IOSH membership, with strong experience managing site safety teams.
