On-Site Electrician - Secure Facilities, Career Growth & Training

Amey is recruiting an Electrician for a permanent role at HMP Whatton, Nottingham. The position offers 39 hours per week (Mon-Thu 07:30-16:30, Fri 07:30-15:30 with weekend rota and 15% allowance). Base salary £30,866-£36,135, depending on experience.

The role supports MoJ facilities management, ensuring safe, compliant and secure environments. You will perform planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding, and minor electrical works, with BS7671 compliance and safety at its core.
