On-Site Development & Community Manager

FirstPort in Bedfordshire is seeking a Visiting Development Manager to support our developments and communities. Based in Bedford, the role runs Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, 35 hours per week, with salary £24,479 per year plus benefits.

You will lead resident engagement, coordinate contractors, ensure safety checks, and work with Retirement Homesearch to welcome new residents. The role offers a supportive team, travel to meetings, and opportunities to contribute to community initiatives.
