Job Description
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Liaise with Contracts Manager to ensure delivery of the specification on Site is Adhered.
- Provide cleaning cover for absence, vacancies, annual leave.
- Ensuring Time gate is Used Correctly on each shift by all Team Members.
- Managing the Cleaning team: Overseeing the staff including Training & Supervising.
- Ensuring that all work is done in accordance with Health & Safety procedures, & that corporate Standards are met.
- Ensure the equipment and materials is adequate and in good repair to carry out the cleaning duties.
- Ensure the amount of cleaning chemicals on site is adequate and effective to carry out the cleaning duties.
- Ensure COSHH is applied effectively.
- Completing weekly pay sheets, 4 weekly Staff rotas & ensuring all daily shifts are covered & completed on time.
- Deliver Training to the site team, keeping clear records of Training for new staff also existing staff where there is a requirement for re training.
- Highlight any training needs for new or existing staff to line manager.
- Leading the cleaning team to create a supportive work environment.
- Ensure any accidents/incidents are reported through the correct channels immediately.
- Full understanding of specification.
- Company image is maintained through attention to standard of dress, equipment, sensible footwear, use of PPE, machinery and conduct of all staff on customers premises.
- Communication and adherence to cleaning programme.
- Health & Safety and Environmental compliance.
- Client requests are dealt with within agreed time scales.
- Immediate remedial action is taken as necessary.
- Operatives are motivated and are kept informed about initiatives in integral which will affect them.
- Ensure that company policy is implemented.
