On-Site Building Manager: Tenant Care & Operations Lead

Praxis Capital Limited is seeking a hands-on Building Manager for Quinton Business Park, with responsibility for Geneva House. The role covers day-to-day operations, tenant relations and contractor coordination across sites.

You will be the on-site representative, self-sufficient and proactive, with support from Facilities and Security at Brindleyplace as needed. Base location is Quinton Building 4, requiring travel between sites.
