Job Description

Samsung AI Center Cambridge is seeking a highly skilled researcher to develop world-models and ML systems for on-device AI, balancing research with delivery to Samsung devices.

You will design experiments, contribute to on-device LLM/VLM deployment, collaborate with product teams, and publish findings while pursuing patent opportunities.

PhD preferred; experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX, Python/C++, and Linux; strong publication record expected.
