On-Call Multi-Trade Maintenance Operative

NHS is seeking a warm and dedicated Maintenance Operative for Braintree Mews Care Home. This role focuses on ensuring the building and grounds are well maintained by performing routine tasks, managing service checks, and applying basic fixes to equipment.

The successful candidate will support new residents and participate in an on-call rota for emergencies. A minimum of one year of maintenance experience and a full driving licence are required.
