On-Call Firefighter: Paid Training & Callouts

Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service is recruiting an On-call Firefighter for Bridgnorth. You'll provide essential fire cover at 22 stations and balance a day-to-day life with pager calls.

You'll be trained through a two-week course, followed by evening sessions; ongoing development throughout your career.

Live or work within five minutes of a station, be over 18 and physically fit are required; recruitment includes assessments, medical and fitness tests.
