Job Description
On-Board Host - TransPennine Express (TPE) at York Station

Pay Rate: £13.65 per hour plus commission. Hours: Part Time (16 hours). Shifts: Rotational between 6am and 8pm, including some weekends.

  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with long hours and varying shifts.

Preferred Experience

Ideally you will have at least 2 years working experience in a customer facing role within the Retail Leisure & Hospitality Industry. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 'at seat trolley service' on TPE trains, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing stock, and handling transactions.
  • Travel on assigned trains, assist passengers, achieve sales targets independently, and meet contractual goals.
  • Accurately account for stock and transactions, adhere to hygiene and safety standards, and support management initiatives.
