Omni Channel Customer Advisor Flexible Retail Role

JoJo Maman Bébé is seeking a customer-facing team member to support everyday shoppers in our store. You'll guide customers through product selections, share knowledge of maternity wear and baby items, and ensure a welcoming, helpful shopping experience.

With a focus on omni-channel service, you'll prepare orders for Ship from Store and Click and Collect, while learning new products and systems to improve the customer journey.
