Location: East Midlands
Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 plus bonus
We are working with a well established and forward thinking accountancy practice that supports a wide range of OMBs, entrepreneurs and private clients. As part of their ongoing growth plans, the firm is looking to appoint an OMB Tax Partner to further strengthen and develop their tax offering across the region.
The firm welcomes interest from both experienced Partners and ambitious experienced Directors who are ready to take the next step in their career. This role forms an important part of the firm's future growth strategy, offering real scope to shape the direction of the OMB tax service and play a key role in the wider leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and grow the firm's tax presence in the market.
- Build lasting relationships with existing client base.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure owner managed businesses receive proactive, commercially mindful advice.
- Oversee and mentor a capable team, nurturing a supportive and collaborative culture.
