Omagh Area Care Operations Manager

NWCare Omagh is seeking an Area Service Manager/Coordinator to oversee home care services in Omagh and surrounding areas. You will lead a team of community care workers, coordinate rotas, and ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant care in line with GDPR and regulations.

The role requires enhanced background checks (AccessNI), NISCC registration, and right to work in the UK, with flexibility to respond to service needs and participate in on-call duties.
