Oil & Gas M&A Associate - Energy & Infrastructure

We are Buchanan is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate in London's Energy & Natural Resources practice. The role emphasizes oil & gas and infrastructure M&A with cross-border exposure; candidates should bring strong corporate transactional experience.

The successful candidate will manage complex deals, advise on acquisitions and joint ventures, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across Finance, Tax, Competition and Regulation. 3-5 PQE is expected.
