# OI Better For You Science Manager Share this job opportunityThe role of Better For You Science Manager is aimed to drive open innovation initiatives across the APAC region and is focused on identifying, developing, and accelerating nutrition, health, and wellness driven innovations , in close collaboration with internal teams and a broad external ecosystem. The position plays a key role in shaping Ferrero's Better For You innovation strategy , translating scientific insights into scalable innovation opportunities that support long term business objectives and evolving consumer health needs across the Region. Master's degree or PhD in Nutrition, Food Science, Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field.
