HRS Healthcare are recruiting for an OFSTED Registered Manager for a 5 bed children's home in Walsall (complex trauma)

About the Registered Manager's role

Develop comprehensive care plans

Create a great team environment

Maintain high standards

Deal with the operational and commercial aspectsof the home

Ensure high standards of care are providedat all times

About You

• A minimum of 1 years' experience in a supervisoryrole within children's residential
• Level 5 in Leadership in Management ispreferred but not essential
• Full UK Driving Licence and the right towork in the UK
