Job Summary

Are you a quality-driven Registered Manager committed to achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes?

We are seeking a strong leader to manage a 4-bed children's home (currently 3 young people) supporting those with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This role offers the opportunity to drive standards, embed a positive culture, and deliver measurable outcomes for young people.

Your Impact
  • Lead a service focused on achieving Good/Outstanding Ofsted ratings
  • Embed child-centred, trauma-informed care practices
  • Develop a stable, high-performing staff team
  • Ensure full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations & Quality Standards
  • Drive continuous improvement through audits, monitoring, and development plans

  • A well-led, fully compliant home ready for inspection
  • Clear evidence of progress, safeguarding, and care quality

Ideal Candidate
  • Experienced Registered Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
  • Proven track record with Ofsted inspections
  • Strong understanding of EBD and trauma-informed care
  • Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
  • Passionate about delivering high standards and positive outcomes
