Offshore Litigation & Insolvency Lawyer (3+ PQE)

Taylor Root is recruiting for a Commercial Litigation and Insolvency Solicitor with 3+ PQE to work on offshore matters in the Cayman Islands and Bermuda. The role targets England & Wales qualified solicitors seeking to develop a high-calibre offshore practice.

Candidates will handle a broad spectrum of disputes, with emphasis on insolvency, creditor remedies, shareholder remedies and contentious trusts. Prior offshore or cross-border exposure is advantageous.
