Offshore HSE Lead for Renewables Operations

RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. seeks an experienced HSE leader to direct Offshore Operations HSE planning, assurance and delivery across Norfolk assets.

You will drive safety culture, support commissioning, handover and ongoing O&M, and collaborate with construction teams to ensure seamless integration of HSE requirements. You will lead risk-based assurance, incident investigations and environmental compliance, with offshore travel and regular exposure to high risk activities.
