Job Description

Due to business growth, we are recruiting for Heli-Admin/Steward to join our Offshore team on a 12 Month Fixed Term basis, mobilising from Aberdeen or Norwich.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilise available resources efficiently to maintain service standards.
  • Report maintenance requirements and safety concerns promptly.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives.
  • Manage the reception service; allocation of accommodation, muster stations and lifeboat allocation; maintain accurate records and paperwork.
  • Operate personnel movements programmes including checking daily flights, arranging crew changes to flights.
  • Ensure Vantage is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Carry out all logistics tasks in accordance with client procedures.
  • Maintain all log books and paperwork.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld.
  • Safely operate and maintain machinery, equipment, and materials.
  • Comply with COSHH regulations for chemical use and storage.
  • Contribute to process improvements through inspections.
  • Identify personal training needs and development opportunities.
  • Promptly report customer complaints and take appropriate action.
