- Temp to perm role with an immediate start
About Our Client
It's a very exciting time to be joining this well known name in the energy sector, they've opened a fabulous, state of the art, new London office which holds around 130 people. This role will start immediately and go permanent after around 3 months.
Job Description
As the Office Services Manager, you will be:
- Ensuring efficient and smooth office operations.
- Coordinating with other departments for effective service delivery.
- Managing office budgets and expenses.
- Organising office maintenance and repair work.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Procuring office supplies and equipment.
- Providing a front of house presence within a services building
- Help the EA coordinate events
- Handle deliveries
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Services Manager should have:
- Experience in managing or assisting to manage an office or building
- Excellent communication skills
- Health and safety training would be desirable although a course can be provided
- Excellent multi tasker
What's on Offer
You will be rewarded with an hourly rate equivalent to 35k-40k.
