Job Description

I am seeking an experienced Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of a high-profile event organisation. This key role will support an international team through proactive planning, clear communication, and logistical coordination, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

Office Manager Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, space organisation, and mail distribution
  • Manage travel, accommodation, and event logistics for the team
  • Liaise between ICT, HR, and building management to resolve issues
  • Provide executive support, including calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Organise internal events and social activities to foster team cohesion
  • Support new hires by assisting with onboarding and workspace setup
  • Maintain internal directories, distribution lists, and organizational charts
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in office management or executive support
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and digital filing systems (CRM knowledge is a bonus)
  • A friendly, service-oriented personality who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
