Job Overview 
We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager role in one of the finest Restaurant groups based in London. The restaurant chain has expanded throughout the UK.
The group is currently seeking to hire English and Chinese bilingual people for this position. Malaysians or those from the BBC could be suitable.
Job Requirements- Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced setting is required.
- The capacity to structure, organise and direct the Team.
- A proactive problem-solving attitude combined with good decision-making abilities.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to enhance processes and efficiency.
- Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are required.
- Ability to work quickly while remaining cool under pressure.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities in both English and Chinese.
- Superior time management and efficiency abilities.
- Capability to operate both individually and as part of a team. It is necessary to be able to fulfil deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing workplace.
- Understanding of the MS Office suite.
- Finance/bookkeeping basics are desirable.
