Office Manager Creative Agency West London

Applicants will need to verify the right to work in the UK. No work visa is provided with the vacancy

Fancy a role that's literally never the same day twice? Our client, a creative powerhouse based in Hammersmith, is looking for an Office Manager who can genuinely do it all.

Here's what makes this different: you're not just ordering stationery and answering phones. You're the glue that holds the whole operation together. One minute you're greeting visitors and managing security, the next you're tackling IT setup with the CTO, then you're organising the monthly staff breakfast, managing H&S compliance, booking travel, heading up wellbeing initiatives, and making sure the office runs like a well oiled machine.

You'll be the main point of contact, based full time in the office, for building management, dealing with everything from printers to climate control, managing suppliers, handling staff milestones and celebrations, and basically being the person everyone depends on. You'll also get stuck into HR admin support and have a genuinely hands on role shaping company culture.

Requirements

What you need:

Based full time in the Hammersmith office, you will be self motivated, organised, friendly, and genuinely personable. Comfortable working autonomously but flexible enough to take direction. Proficient on Macs would be great but not essential, experienced in H&S (you'll be the appointed H&S Officer), and ideally with a keen interest in wellbeing. You'll work well under pressure, build rapport across all levels, and be ready to tackle whatever comes your way. An interest in film is a bonus but not essential:

  • Office Management gained in a non corporate office environment. Preferably a UK SME.
  • Experience of working in a creative sector is advantageous.

What's in it for you:

  • 25 days holiday plus an extra day after 3 years (up to 30), 10% non-contributory pension, discretionary bonuses, film screenings, social events, working late benefits, and an EAP. Full-time role, based in the office.
