Job Description

Office Manager £50,000 - £60,000 London, UK Permanent - Office Based

What you'll do:
  • Oversee the daily running of the office.
  • Manage office supplies, meeting rooms and facilities.
  • Provide safe, discreet executive driving for senior leadership.
  • Liaise with building management, contractors and suppliers.
  • Support office administration and ad hoc business needs.
  • Assist with office transition projects.
  • Manage company vehicles, servicing, maintenance and compliance.
  • Adapt to changing business needs, including occasional evening or weekend work.
Who you are:
  • Experienced in Office Management or Facilities Coordination.
  • A valid UK driving licence, preferably 10+ years driving experience.
  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership team.
  • Excellent knowledge of London roads, route planning and vehicle management.
  • Calm, adaptable and able to manage changing priorities.
  • Hands on, proactive and always willing to help.
  • Professional, personable, discreet and an excellent communicator.
