About the Client 
Our client is a globally recognised automotive technology organisation and leading supplier to the automotive industry, offering an exciting opportunity to join their London team as a temporary Office Manager/Assistant on a 3-month assignment.
About the RoleThis is a 3-month temporary assignment starting as soon as possible. The client is looking for an engaging and resourceful Office Manager/Assistant who can juggle a range of priorities. The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the London office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
- Maintaining office and kitchen supplies.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, office events, visitor management, and general workspace organization.
- Meeting and greeting guests, as required.
- Provide administrative support to the CHRO and wider team.
- Additional administrative tasks, as required.
- Previous experience in an Office Assistant or Office Manager.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Adaptable and flexible, with a hands on approach and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and problem solve proactively.
Salary £40 45K equivalent, dependent on experience.
ASAP start
3 month temporary assignment, may be longer
West End location
Fully office based, with core hours 8:30am-4:30pm
