Key Responsibilities
  • Office manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams
  • Office manager will handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance processes
  • Coordinate with clients and candidates as required
  • The office manager will support team members with daily activities
  • Manage office supplies and stock control
About You
  • 2-3 years' experience in an office-based management role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment
  • Strong IT and typing skills
