Key Responsibilities- Office manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Provide administrative support to internal teams
- Office manager will handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance processes
- Coordinate with clients and candidates as required
- The office manager will support team members with daily activities
- Manage office supplies and stock control
- 2-3 years' experience in an office-based management role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proactive and driven
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- High level of attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Strong IT and typing skills
- Proactive, reliable, and professional attitude
