Compensation: $55-65K
What you'll be doing (duties of this position):
- Answer phones and greet visitors.
- Manage office operations, supplies, and equipment.
- Handle travel itineraries and executive scheduling.
- Coordinate meeting room setups and ensure the office is stocked and tidy.
- Maintain public contact list, update licenses, and manage AIA credits.
- Assist HR with employee reviews and new hire orientation.
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks.
- Plan and coordinate company events and social gatherings.
What you'll need to be considered (requirements):
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3-5 years of office management in a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and a "no task is too small" mindset.
