Job Description
Overview

A very prestigious educational establishment are seeking an Office Manager to take full control of the administration services.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Managing all aspects of finance including setting budgets and monitoring on a monthly basis
  • Administering facility requirements including generating income from letting school premises
  • Overseeing the Health and Safety process and conducting regular risk assessments
  • Managing catering and cleaning operations and overseeing the day-to-day functions
  • Administering all aspects of HR including managing any employee relation issues
  • Ensuring payroll is completed accurately and administering any payroll changes
