Opportunity

We are looking for a confident, experienced Office Manager to join our growing team.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for office facilities and internal operations, and will also play a key role in supporting the HR Manager and the Systems Executive. This is a multifaceted role suited to someone with a proactive and problem-solving approach.

Key responsibilities (to include but not limited to):

  • Managing the Office Administrator, providing cover on routine tasks:
    Dealing with calls, correspondence, enquiries, appointments, catering, office supplies, deliveries, travel bookings, executive diaries.
  • Management of office facilities: stakeholder relationships with reception, security teams, cleaning contractors, landlord, building management
  • ISO certification: manage our existing ISO9001 system; provide support as we prep for ISO27001 certification
  • Arrange meetings and occasional social events; book venues / rooms, produce documents, book catering, track budgets
  • Manage safety testing; fire risk assessments; fire drills
  • Manage office budgets and staff travel budgets
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager: posting job adverts, arranging interviews, onboarding and offboarding, contracts, references, induction and exit interviews, and tracking training, holiday and sick leave
  • Collaborate closely with our Systems Executive and IT consultants to coordinate our IT and software requirements

You will be:

  • Experienced in office / facilities management and general business administration
  • Have some knowledge or experience of ISO Certification (9001 and 27001)
  • Experienced in HR or Recruitment administration, if possible
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Positive, reliable and dependable
  • A great team player with strong organisational skills
  • A strong, clear communicator both verbally and written IT savvy
  • Great at prioritising
  • Able to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Happy to pitch in wherever needed
  • Keen to commit to the role, and contribute to the rapid growth of the company
  • Keen to develop your skills and knowledge with us.
