The CSJ ( ) is a small, thriving member-based charity formed in 1983. We promote pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela as well as pilgrim routes in the UK. We aim to provide information, guidance, and support to anyone wishing to undertake a Camino
The role - As part of a team in a busy charity office, you will be responsible for the day-to-day office operations including oversight of the online shop sales, supervising a team of committed volunteers, website management and publishing periodic e-newsletters. It also involves regular contact with the Trustees and management of the Trustee meetings.
Salary - Up to £32K depending on experience. 4 days per week (£40K FTE). Pension contributions (3% employer/5% employee) with People's Pension. 20 days paid holiday per year (25 days pro-rata) plus UK Bank Holidays.
The person - We are looking for someone with a high level of IT skills including MS Office, website content management, social media, CRM, file sharing with Google Drive, and Zoom conferencing. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to be an effective advisor to the Trustees.
We anticipate the role will require attendance onsite in the Blackfriars office four days a week. However, we have the flexibility to consider a hybrid working model where if circumstances require, home working could be considered.
